Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to babydollaidance.site at https://babydollaidance.site. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the service, you agree to this AUP.
babydollaidance.site is an Uptown Funk AI product: you upload a portrait photo, pick a creative dance style, and our AI renders a short AI-generated dance clip for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Outputs are synthetic media — not live recordings. You must only upload people you have permission to depict.
Your responsibilities
- Own or have clear, informed consent for every person in each uploaded photo (or lawful parental/guardian authority for minors).
- Do not upload minors unless you are their parent or guardian and it is lawful.
- Follow applicable laws where you live and where you publish generated videos.
- Do not use the service to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm others.
- Before uploading, confirm that the photo is yours or that you have permission from the people depicted. Permission does not authorize prohibited deepfake uses below.
Permitted uses
Examples of allowed personal and creator use:
- Dance clips featuring yourself or people who consented
- Personal or creator social posts where you have rights to the likenesses used
- Purchasing credits for generations and exports you are allowed to share
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not generate, request, upload, or share content in any of the six categories below. These apply to all inputs (photos, prompts, settings) and all outputs (video).
1. Sexual / NSFW content
- Sexual or pornographic material, including non-consensual intimate imagery
- Nudification or sexualization of real people
2. Violence / gore
- Graphic violence, gore, torture, or severe injury in a realistic or sensational way
- Glorification or encouragement of physical harm
3. Hate speech
- Attacks or incitement against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Promotion of extremist or genocidal ideologies
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — zero tolerance
- Any sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of minors (under 18), including AI-generated or fictional depictions
- Grooming, solicitation, or endangerment of minors
5. Deepfakes / impersonation
- Face swaps that replace one real person's identity with another, or make a photo “become” a different real person
- Nudification tools or intimate-scene compositing of real people
- Fabricated statements or actions attributed to real people (including celebrities or public figures)
- Non-consensual deepfakes intended to deceive, harass, defraud, or harm — whether or not the person consented to the upload
babydollaidance.site is a photo-to-dance product for consented likenesses. It is not a face-swap, deep-nude, or impersonation tool.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement
- Content you do not have rights to use
- Presenting outputs as official music videos, label releases, or endorsed by any artist or brand when they are not
Also prohibited:
- Spam, malware, or attempts to bypass credits, moderation, or security
Content moderation
We aim to prevent prohibited content before and after generation. Our process may include:
- Pre-generation checks on uploads, prompts, and settings (including provider-side safety controls such as fal.ai model safeguards)
- Automated or manual review of reported outputs and account activity
- Fail-closed behavior when screening is unavailable — we may block generation rather than run unchecked
Severity is triaged roughly as: critical (child safety / imminent harm), high (deepfake harm, hate, violence), medium (policy abuse), and low (spam or edge cases). Critical issues are actioned immediately; other reports are reviewed as capacity allows, typically within a few business days.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may:
- Block a generation or remove outputs and share links
- Warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts
- Forfeit credits tied to severe or repeated violations
- Report illegal content to NCMEC, law enforcement, or other authorities as required
Reporting
To report violating content or abuse, email contact@babydollaidance.site with subject line Content Report. Include a share link, account email, or other details that help us find the content. For urgent child-safety issues, use subject URGENT — Child Safety Report.
Reporter identity is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Malicious or knowingly false reports may result in action against the reporter.
Report handling
Reports are triaged by severity, investigated, and actioned under the Content moderation and Enforcement sections above. We may remove content, revoke links, warn or suspend accounts, forfeit credits, and refer critical violations to authorities. Output that evades automated screening may be reviewed manually.
If you believe your account was actioned in error, email contact@babydollaidance.site with subject Appeal and your account email; we will review in good faith.
