Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of babydollaidance.site at https://babydollaidance.site (the “Service”), operated by babydollaidance.site. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

babydollaidance.site is an Uptown Funk AI video generator at https://babydollaidance.site. You upload a portrait photo, choose a creative dance style and settings such as duration and aspect ratio, and our Service produces a short AI-generated dance clip for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Outputs are synthetic media created by AI — they are not live recordings of real performances.

Video rendering uses third-party AI infrastructure (fal.ai), currently including Kling 2.5 Turbo Pro (image-to-video) and related models we may enable. Dance style names (for example Funky Street Dance or Retro Disco) are product creative directions that shape prompts — not claimed official built-in actions of any model provider, and not an endorsement by any artist or label. Generated audio may be included in the MP4 when the model provides it; you are not licensing original artist recordings.

Generating and downloading outputs requires a signed-in account and spends credits from one-time credit packs listed on our Pricing page. Credit costs are shown before you confirm a generation where applicable. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.

AI-generated motion, likeness fidelity, and background styling may vary. We do not guarantee that outputs will match a specific artist, trend, or real-world recording, or that they will be indistinguishable from real footage.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@babydollaidance.site if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of photos, prompts, and other materials you submit (“User Content”), and of the videos you generate through the Service, subject to third-party model and platform rules. By submitting User Content, you grant babydollaidance.site a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service, run generation jobs, and deliver your requested outputs.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for your User Content, including the right to use each person's likeness shown in uploaded photos.

Photo-to-dance generation uses real likenesses: you must have clear, informed consent from everyone depicted in your uploads (or lawful authority for minors). You may only upload your own photo or material for which you have explicit permission. You agree not to:

• Upload photos of people without their permission to be animated in an AI video
• Impersonate celebrities, public figures, or private individuals to deceive, harass, or defraud
• Depict deceased individuals in a misleading or exploitative way without authorization from their estate or family
• Present generated clips as official music videos, label releases, or endorsed by any artist or brand when they are not
• Use outputs for spam, scams, or unlawful content

Fan-style, parody, or meme edits are allowed only when you have the necessary likeness rights and you comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

babydollaidance.site is an AI image and video generation service. You must not use the Service to generate, upload, request, store, or share content in the categories below. These rules apply to all inputs (photos, text prompts) and all outputs (video). Our full Acceptable Use Policy lists all six prohibited content categories and our moderation procedures.

Violence / gore — strictly prohibited

You must not generate or upload content that:

• Depicts graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, or severe physical injury in a realistic or sensationalized manner
• Glorifies, celebrates, or encourages physical harm against any person or group
• Provides instructions or encouragement for committing violent acts, assault, or self-harm
• Uses a portrait or generated likeness to deliver violent threats, intimidation, or incitement to harm

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is presented as fiction, satire, or “for entertainment.” babydollaidance.site does not permit violent or gory AI video outputs.

Hate speech — strictly prohibited

You must not generate or upload content that:

• Attacks, demeans, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics
• Promotes supremacist, extremist, or genocidal ideologies
• Uses slurs, stereotypes, or degrading language intended to harass or intimidate a protected group
• Incites discrimination, exclusion, or violence against any community or individual

Content that appears neutral on its surface but is designed to harass or intimidate a protected group is prohibited.

Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — zero tolerance

You must not generate or upload content that:

• Depicts, describes, sexualizes, or exploits any minor (any person under 18), in any form — including AI-generated, synthetic, or “fictional” depictions
• Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
• Endangers, grooms, or solicits minors, or facilitates contact with minors for exploitative purposes
• Uploads photos of minors without verified parental or guardian consent for the specific use of AI generation

Violations involving child safety are actioned immediately, may result in permanent account termination without refund, and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or other authorities as required by applicable law.

We use automated pre-generation screening and may block your request before any AI model runs. Attempts to circumvent these controls may result in immediate suspension.

If you encounter violating generated content — on babydollaidance.site, on a shared link, or elsewhere attributable to our Service — please report it using the channels in the Reporting section of our Acceptable Use Policy or below under “Reporting violations.”

Anyone may report content or behavior that violates our content standards or these Terms. Reports are reviewed by our trust & safety team.

When to report

• Generated or uploaded content violating our content standards
• Critical violations involving child safety or terrorism
• AI impersonation or infringement of your likeness, copyright, or trademark
• Shared babydollaidance.site links displaying policy-violating output

Reporting principles

• Confidentiality: your identity as a reporter is protected to the extent permitted by law
• Impartiality: every report receives independent, objective review
• Anti-abuse: malicious or knowingly false reports are recorded and may result in action against the reporter

How we review and handle reports

Reports are triaged by severity (L1–L4), investigated by our trust & safety team, and actioned according to our Content Moderation framework. We may remove generated content, revoke share links, warn or suspend accounts, forfeit credits tied to severe violations, and refer critical cases to authorities. Uploads and prompts may be screened by automated tools and by our AI providers (including fal.ai safety checks); reported output that evades screening is reviewed manually. In addition to the content policy above, you agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Generate or upload pornography, NSFW content, non-consensual deepfakes, or content infringing copyright or trademarks (see our Acceptable Use Policy)
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, moderation, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Paid features are sold as one-time credit packs (not a subscription). Current pack names, prices, included credits, and features are listed on our Pricing page before checkout. Each purchase is a single charge for the amount shown at checkout; there is no recurring billing and no auto-renewal.

Credits are deducted when you run billable generations (for example AI dance video jobs) and other paid actions shown in the product. Estimated credit costs are displayed before you confirm a job where applicable. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active unless we state otherwise at purchase. Prices and pack sizes may change; existing balances are honored at the time of use.

New accounts may receive welcome credits as described on the site. Failed generations that never complete successfully should not charge credits; if you believe credits were deducted in error, contact us at contact@babydollaidance.site.

Credit pack purchases are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake (Waffo), who also handles order-related inquiries and returns for those purchases. Card and payment data are processed by Waffo (and its payment partners); we receive transaction confirmation and fulfillment details, not full card numbers.

By completing checkout you also agree to Waffo's applicable checkout terms and disclosures shown on the payment page. Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.

Because credit packs are digital goods delivered immediately to your account, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. The following applies:

• Unused credits. You may request a refund within 14 days of payment if the purchased credits have not been used.
• Digital content. Once you begin consuming credits to generate or download outputs, the statutory cooling-off / cancellation period for that purchase is waived where permitted by law.
• Billing errors. Duplicate or erroneous charges may be refunded in full.
• Defective delivery. If a paid generation fails due to a technical issue on our side and credits were wrongly deducted, we will restore credits or refund as appropriate.
• Policy violations. Accounts terminated for violating these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds of unused credits, except where required by law.

To request a refund, email contact@babydollaidance.site with subject Refund Request, your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method; Waffo typically completes approved refunds within 14 business days (bank posting times may vary). Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

You may browse the site before signing in. Completing generations, saving history, and downloading MP4 outputs require an account and sufficient credits. Output quality and availability depend on the model, your inputs, and provider capacity at the time of generation.

The babydollaidance.site name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or technology except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

Example preview clips, UI assets, and branding on the site are licensed for browsing the Service only, not for standalone redistribution unless we explicitly permit it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABYDOLLAIDANCE.SITE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless babydollaidance.site and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
